We are always ready to provide our customers with comprehensive technical assistance in setting up and operation of Partizan equipment. But it happens so that not always the question can be solved over the phone or Skype, especially when it comes to software settings. That is why our technical support team is launching a new service for remote assistance – Partizan Remote Support.

With this service Partizan technical support specialists can connect to customer’s computer and remotely carry out diagnostics and adjustment of CMS, or other Partizan software.

 

To install Partizan RS just go to our website, click on the tab in the header and download the program.

 

After starting Partizan RS it is necessary to inform a technical support engineer of your computer’s ID to connect.
